Ah, my apartment. The battleground and the homeground and the smell of coffee grounds...even though my coffee is instant and drenched in hazelnut coffee creamer. This is my humble student abode. Perhaps one of the nicest first apartments a girl could have who does not sell her body for Debbie Travis' paint collection or pawn her soul for an ikea catalogue. I've been living here for just over three weeks now and it feels like home, I love it here and the town as well. Which is the subject of my next post. Only complaints about my apartment is the un even floors...everything rolls that way; the many many stairs and/or lack of elevator and having no laundry in said building. But it is my home: welcome.
